Grand Capital runs a free weekly demo trading tournament called the Grand Capital Cup. Every round lasts exactly 24 hours from Thursday 3:00 pm to Friday 3:00 pm by terminal trading time and any active verified client of Grand Capital can enter at no cost whatsoever.
Every participant gets a demo account loaded with $10,000 to trade however they like. The trader who builds the largest balance by the end of the round walks away with $500 deposited into a real trading account. Second and third place receive additional deposit bonuses of $200 and $150 respectively. The prize money from that $500 can be withdrawn after trading it's not locked away.
It runs every single week. If you miss one round, the next one is already scheduled.

Participation is open to any active client of Grand Capital broker. To qualify as active, you need three things: a verified account, a minimum balance of $10 on your account (this amount is not taken from you for participation), and at least one trade in your trading history. That's a deliberately low bar - Grand Capital isn't gatekeeping the contest behind high deposit requirements.
If you're brand new to Grand Capital, you'll need to open an account, complete verification, make a small deposit, and place at least one trade before you're eligible. Once those boxes are ticked, every future round of the tournament is available to you.
The contest is not available to residents of the United States, Japan, Seychelles, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Spain, Italy, France, Germany, Portugal, Denmark, Estonia, Slovenia, Greece, Malaysia, and Russia.
The first-place prize is $500 deposited directly into a real trading account. This is real money not bonus credit and any profits you generate from trading with those $500 are fully withdrawable. The prize is deposited into a trading strategy account within Grand Capital's GC Invest system, and the winning strategy receives a special qualification mark indicating the trader's verified performance.
To claim the prize, the winner needs to contact Grand Capital's Customer Support after being notified. There's also one additional step: the winner is required to make a post about their victory on any social media platform. Once those steps are done, the Customer Support manager confirms the strategy name and investor commission, and the funds are deposited.
Second place receives a $200 bonus deposited to their account. Third place receives $150. Winners are notified by email and through a notification in their Private Office.
Every contestant trades on a special demo account created specifically for the tournament, with an identical starting balance of $10,000. Trading conditions on the tournament account mirror those of Grand Capital's Standard account type the same spreads, the same execution, the same instruments available.
You're free to trade any asset, use your full $10,000 or just part of it, and apply whatever strategy you prefer. There are no restrictions on trading style within the rules of the tournament. The only thing that matters at the end of the 24 hours is your account balance.
Grand Capital makes it easy to track when the next round is running. The tournament page on the Grand Capital website shows a live countdown to the next round start.
