What FXTM Rewards Offers?

FXTM Rewards is an ongoing loyalty programme available to all FXTM traders at no cost. Every qualifying trade earns two separate types of points simultaneously: Tier points, which determine your standing within the programme, and Reward points, which are redeemable directly for cash or trading funds.

The programme is structured so that the more consistently you trade, the more valuable it becomes. Higher Tiers unlock a bigger Reward points multiplier, meaning each lot you trade returns more redeemable value. Exclusive Perks available from the Bronze Tier upwards add further benefits on top of the points themselves.

There is no application or opt-in. Enrolment is automatic for every active FXTM trading account. Points start accumulating from your first qualifying trade.

Two Points, One Trade

Every qualifying trade on an eligible instrument earns both Tier points and Reward points at the same time. The two types serve different purposes and are tracked independently within your account.

The Seven Tiers

FXTM Rewards has seven Tier levels. Entry is the default starting position. Bronze is the first milestone that unlocks Reward points. Each subsequent Tier requires a higher annual Tier point total and delivers a larger Reward multiplier and additional Perks.

Reward Points and Redemption

From Bronze Tier onwards, every qualifying trade earns Reward points in addition to Tier points. The number of Reward points you collect per trade is determined by your current Tier the higher your Tier, the greater your Reward multiplier and the more points you accumulate per lot.

Reward points can be redeemed at any time for one of two options: funds credited directly to your trading account, or cash that can be withdrawn without any additional trading requirement. There is no minimum holding period and no volume condition attached to the redeemed value. 

Refer a Friend: Earn Extra Reward Points

FXTM Rewards includes a Refer a Friend feature that lets you earn bonus Reward points by sharing your referral code with other traders. Both you and the friend you refer can earn points, with the rewards distributed in segments as the referred friend builds their trading activity.

How to Get Started?

Enrolment in FXTM Rewards is automatic. There is no registration step, no opt-in form, and no promo code required. Open a live FXTM account and start trading to begin earning both Tier points and Reward points from your first qualifying trade.

Steps to Start Earning:

1. Open a live FXTM trading account on the Advantage, Advantage Plus, or Advantage Stocks account type.
2. Place and close qualifying trades on any eligible instrument. Tier points and Reward points accrue automatically.
3. Track your points balance and current Tier in the FXTM app. The full list of Tier points by instrument is available in the app.
4. Reach Bronze Tier (1,000 Tier points) to unlock Reward points and exclusive Perks.
5. Redeem Reward points at any time for trading funds or cash via the FXTM app no conditions apply.
6. Share your referral code with friends to earn up to 50,000 additional Reward points per successful referral.

Eligible Accounts

FXTM Rewards is available across the main live account types. The Practice account is for risk-free demo trading and does not earn Tier or Reward points.

FAQs

When do I start earning points?

Points begin accumulating from your first qualifying trade on a live FXTM account. There is no waiting period and no activation step the programme is automatic.

How do Tier points vary by instrument?

Different instruments carry different Tier point values per lot. For example, Crude oil earns 480 Tier points per lot, while Gold and USD instruments earn 200 Tier points per lot. The full schedule is available in the FXTM app.

What happens if I do not meet the annual Tier threshold?

Tier membership refreshes annually. If your Tier points fall below the minimum for your current Tier during the account year, your Tier is adjusted downward at renewal. Your accumulated Reward points are not affected by a Tier change only your Tier status and associated multiplier are adjusted.

Can I redeem Reward points at any Tier?

Reward points are earned from Bronze Tier onwards. Once you have Reward points in your account, you can redeem them at any time for trading funds or cash, regardless of your current Tier status at the time of redemption.

Is there a minimum redemption amount?

FXTM does not state a minimum redemption threshold in the programme overview. Check the FXTM app for current redemption tiers and the cash value of each Reward point at your Tier level.

Does the Refer a Friend programme have a limit?

There is no stated limit on the number of friends you can refer. Each successful referral can earn you up to 50,000 Reward points, paid in segments of 2,000 Tier points as your referred friend trades.
